Saum brings a proven record of executive leadership in retail technology and enterprise software. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Tulip Retail. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at Aptos, Zebra (Reflexis), W. Capra, and Blue Yonder (formerly JDA/RedPrairie), helping global retailers modernize store operations, improve merchandising execution, empower frontline teams, and adopt scalable platforms that drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
Jason Shapiro
Serves as Chief Innovation Officer and is a Co-Founder of TransactionTree, where he leads product vision, platform strategy, and innovation aligned to the company’s long-term growth strategy.
With deep roots in enterprise and retail technology, including nearly a decade at IBM, Shapiro brings a strong foundation in large-scale systems, data platforms, and innovation- driven transformation. He has guided TransactionTree’s evolution from a digital transaction foundation into a unified Customer360 Retail Operations Platform.
Jason oversees the expansion of the platform across Digital Transformation, Marketing Engagement, and Merchandising Execution, enabling retailers to connect transaction data, customer insights, and operational workflows into a single, scalable ecosystem that modernizes operations and activates first-party data across the enterprise
Jose Jimenez
Serves as Chief Operations Officer of TransactionTree, overseeing operational execution, solution delivery, and the scalable processes that support the company’s growth.
A co-founder of TransactionTree, Jimenez brings deep enterprise expertise from across the technology and retail ecosystem. Before TransactionTree, he held leadership roles focused on recruiting top talent and driving strategic growth with global technology and enterprise organizations, including Workday, AWS, SAP, and Microsoft, where he honed his ability to build high-performing teams and operational capabilities that support rapid scaling and complex implementations. His cross-industry experience enables him to build robust delivery frameworks and operational excellence that ensure customers succeed with TransactionTree’s platform.
Todd Grigsby
Services as Vice President, Engineering & Delivery where he leads platform engineering, roadmap execution, and solution delivery for TransactionTree’s POS-agnostic Retail Operations Platform.
With deep expertise in retail systems and enterprise delivery, Todd previously partnered with TransactionTree as a consultant before joining full time. He brings engineering leadership experience from Retail Pro and a strong background in complex POS and store system environments. Todd ensures the platform scales seamlessly within diverse retail ecosystems while delivering reliable execution and measurable outcomes for mid-market and enterprise retailers.
Chris Wilson
Serves as Chief Technology Officer of TransactionTree, leading platform architecture, engineering strategy, performance, and security across the company’s retail operations platform.
Wilson is responsible for ensuring the TransactionTree platform remains secure, resilient, and highly scalable as it expands across Digital Transformation, Marketing Engagement, and Merchandising Execution solutions. His leadership ensures the technology foundation supports real-time transaction processing, data integrity, and enterprise-grade reliability—enabling retailers to modernize operations and confidently scale innovation across their environments.
Susan Freimuth
Serves as the Vice President, Customer & Partner Success where she leads customer success, partner alignment, and ecosystem collaboration at TransactionTree, ensuring retailers and strategic partners realize long-term value from the company’s Retail Operations Platform.
A customer-focused technology leader, Susan brings extensive experience supporting enterprise and mid-market retailers across complex retail technology environments. She has held leadership and customer-facing roles with Blue Yonder (JDA Software), OpenText (Liaison), infios (MercuryGate), Appriss Retail, Tulip Retail, Konica Minolta, and Ingenico. Susan leverages this experience to help customers adopt, scale, and achieve measurable outcomes with TransactionTree.
Scott Simonton
Serves as Senior Vice President of Sales Operations at TransactionTree, where he leads the development of scalable sales processes, operating rigor, and go-to-market execution that support predictable, enterprise-grade growth.
Scott brings a unique blend of retailer and retail technology experience to TransactionTree. He has held senior leadership roles with leading retail technology solution providers, including Tulip Retail, Zebra Technologies, Hilco Global and Reflexis Systems and directly with retail environments such as Dick’s Sporting Goods. This combination of enterprise solution-provider and retailer-side experience enables him to design GTM and sales operating models aligned with how large retailers evaluate, adopt, and scale mission-critical platforms, helping TransactionTree drive consistent execution, shorten sales cycles, and support expansion across mid-market and enterprise retail organizations
