- Duty to Notify and Indemnify: If you change, cancel, or transfer your phone number, it is your responsibility to opt out first. You agree to hold TransactionTree harmless from claims arising due to your failure to notify us of such changes.
- Program Description: Participants receive messages about products, promotions, sales, events, and similar marketing content.
- Cost and Frequency: Recurring messages may be sent; frequency varies. Standard carrier rates apply.
- Support: For help, text HELP to the number you receive messages from, or email [email protected]. Emailing to opt out is not valid.
- MMS Disclosure: If your device does not support MMS, we may send SMS instead.
- Disclaimer of Warranty: The Program is provided “as-is.” We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages and are not liable for the performance of your wireless carrier.
- Participant Requirements: You must have a personal wireless device that supports text messaging on a participating carrier. Not all carriers or devices support these services.
- Age Restrictions: You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to participate. If between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), parental or guardian permission is required.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to engage with content that is fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, obscene, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, unlawful, or in violation of applicable regulations.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in our principal jurisdiction. Arbitration will be on an individual basis; class actions are not permitted. This agreement survives termination of the Program.
Communications from the Site
Special Offers and Updates
We send all users information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter occasionally. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Customers can unsubscribe via the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of each email.
