Kevin Saum

Serves as Chief Executive Officer of TransactionTree, leading the company through its next phase of growth as it expands its retail operations platform and deepens partnerships with mid-sized and enterprise retailers.

Saum brings a proven record of executive leadership in retail technology and enterprise software. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Tulip Retail. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at Aptos, Zebra (Reflexis), W. Capra, and Blue Yonder (formerly JDA/RedPrairie), helping global retailers modernize store operations, improve merchandising execution, empower frontline teams, and adopt scalable platforms that drive digital transformation and operational excellence.

Jason Shapiro

Serves as Chief Innovation Officer and is a Co-Founder of TransactionTree, where he leads product vision, platform strategy, and innovation aligned to the company’s long-term growth strategy.

With deep roots in retail technology, Shapiro has guided TransactionTree’s evolution from a digital transaction foundation into a unified Customer 360 and Retail Operations Platform. He oversees the expansion of the platform across Digital Transformation, Marketing Engagement, and Merchandising Execution—ensuring retailers can connect transaction data, customer insights, and operational workflows into a single, scalable ecosystem. His focus on innovation enables retailers to modernize core processes, activate first-party data, and deliver smarter, more connected customer experiences across every touchpoint.

Jose Jimenez

Serves as Chief Operations Officer of TransactionTree, overseeing operational execution, solution delivery, and the scalable processes that support the company’s growth.

A co-founder of TransactionTree, Jimenez brings deep enterprise expertise from across the technology and retail ecosystem. Before TransactionTree, he held leadership roles focused on recruiting top talent and driving strategic growth with global technology and enterprise organizations, including Workday, AWS, SAP, and Microsoft—where he honed his ability to build high-performing teams and operational capabilities that support rapid scaling and complex implementations. His cross-industry experience enables him to build robust delivery frameworks and operational excellence that ensure customers succeed with TransactionTree’s platform.

Todd Grigsby

Serves as Vice President of Engineering & Delivery at TransactionTree, where he leads platform engineering, roadmap execution, and solution delivery across the company’s POS-agnostic, integrated retail technology stack.

Grigsby brings deep expertise in retail systems and enterprise delivery. Prior to joining TransactionTree full time, he worked closely with the company for several years as a consultant, supporting platform development and customer implementations. His background includes engineering leadership at Retail Pro, where he gained firsthand experience working within complex POS environments and diverse store system architectures. That experience aligns directly with TransactionTree’s POS-agnostic strategy—ensuring seamless integration with existing retail ecosystems while preserving flexibility, performance, and scale. Under his leadership, engineering and delivery remain tightly aligned to real-world retail requirements, enabling reliable execution and strong customer outcomes for mid-sized and enterprise retailers

Chris Wilson

Serves as Chief Technology Officer of TransactionTree, leading platform architecture, engineering strategy, performance, and security across the company’s retail operations platform.

Wilson is responsible for ensuring the TransactionTree platform remains secure, resilient, and highly scalable as it expands across Digital Transformation, Marketing Engagement, and Merchandising Execution solutions. His leadership ensures the technology foundation supports real-time transaction processing, data integrity, and enterprise-grade reliability—enabling retailers to modernize operations and confidently scale innovation across their environments.

Susan Freimuth

Serves as Vice President of Client & Partner Relations at TransactionTree, where she leads customer success, partner alignment, and ecosystem collaboration to support long-term growth and go-to-market execution.

A customer-centric technology leader, Freimuth brings broad experience across customer success, partner and ecosystem management, sales, marketing communications, and product strategy. She has worked with Fortune 100 enterprises, mid-market organizations, and high-growth startups across retail, CPG,  manufacturing, financial services, and payments. Her background includes leadership roles at enterprise and retail technology organizations such as Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software)OpenTextInformaMercuryGateAppriss RetailTulip RetailKonica Minolta, and Ingenico.

At TransactionTree, Freimuth focuses on strengthening customer and partner relationships through improved alignment, communication, and collaboration—ensuring retailers and partners achieve measurable value as they adopt and scale the TransactionTree platform.

Scott Simonton

Serves as Senior Vice President of Sales Operations at TransactionTree, where he leads the development of scalable sales processes that support predictable growth and effective go-to-market execution.

Simonton brings a unique blend of retailer and retail technology experience to TransactionTree. He has held leadership roles with leading retail technology organizations and previously worked directly within retail environments, including Dick’s Sporting Goods, where he gained firsthand insight into the operational, merchandising, and execution challenges retailers face every day. This dual perspective enables him to design sales and operating models that align closely with how retailers evaluate, adopt, and scale technology solutions—helping TransactionTree deliver value that resonates across both mid-sized and enterprise retail organizations.
